2022 Maintenance Officer- Full-time- Brisbane: Mitchelton (Start ASAP)

Permanent Full-time Opportunity

• Monday to Friday- no out of hours or weekend work
• Tools and equipment provided
• Up to $15,900 salary packaging + retail discounts
• 5 weeks annual leave + leave loading
• Experience required

The types of services you will provide include:

• Completing general maintenance including, repairs and installations;
• Undertaking maintenance work in accordance with the preventative maintenance schedule;
• Assisting contractors around the community;
• Completing records using the organisation's asset management system where appropriate (training provided);
• Assisting in garden maintenance when required.

It is important that you are a caring and confident relationship builder, as you will be a trusted person around our community. Your ability to work autonomously and manage your own time is required.

To be suited to this position, you will have:

• Demonstrated experience in a handyperson/maintenance role;
• Applied knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety requirements;
• Basic computer skills;
• A current drivers licence;
• Possessor has the ability to obtain a National Police Check;
• Proof of current influenza vaccination and COVID vaccinations.
