Your opportunity 

The KPMG Graduate Program is a permanent program for final year students and recent grads and is available in 14 locations nationally. 

Through our program, you will: 

• Be supported through structured Graduate Pathway learning that will help you grow with us. You’ll develop essential leadership and consulting skills needed for your role
• Have the dedicated support of a buddy and performance development manager
• Work with our diverse clients and help them solve complex issues

About Accounting and Finance

Use your analytical mindset and methodical approach to problem solving to support our clients across a range if accounting and finance areas. From audit to tax to actuaries. You could be using automation to streamline financial reporting or identifying acquisition opportunities and be involved in planning a client’s finance division structure.

To be eligible for our grad program you need to have recently graduated (typically this is within the last two years) or be graduating by December 2023.
