ICT Help Desk- Level 1 - TAFE Students Preferred (Start ASAP)

Working in the head office at Milton you will provide technical support to 125 Queensland Teacher Union employees across the state.  

This is a Level 1 role and the everyday tasks include:

• Act as the first point of contact for internal IT issues.
• Set up and maintain all user accounts and security permissions.
• Problem solve ad hoc issues and escalate complex matters.
• Manage end user devices and infrastructure such as desktops, laptops and other mobile devices.
• Administer and support the phone system infrastructure and linked software.
• Daily administration and maintenance of the backup infrastructure.
• Create, update and maintain IT procedures and documentation.
